If you have regular sex with your spouse, you’re a few steps away from being in a healthy relationship. Of course, regular sex doesn’t mean having sex every single day. That’s nearly impossible!
If you have sex at least twice a week, that’s healthy enough. Aside from sex, you also need to create time for romance.
Don’t wait until you need sex before you play with your spouse; do some romantic things regularly to help keep your relationship together. You can engage in deep kissing and heavy smooching that may lead to a mind-blowing orgasm.
